1. About SwarnaLens

SwarnaLens is operated by Umiya Innovations, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images we generate for you. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload.

You grant us a limited licence to store and process your photos only to provide the service. We do not use your designs to train AI models.

4. Credits and payments

Generations use credits as shown before you confirm. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred. Subscription credits roll over for one billing cycle; pack credits are valid for 12 months. Prices are in INR and exclude GST unless stated.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

6. AI-generated results

Results are produced by AI and may occasionally contain errors. Please review images before publishing. If a result doesn't match your design, report it and we will review and refund credits where appropriate.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Umiya Innovations's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
