Cancel your subscription in one click from Billing. It stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your credits remain usable until they expire.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase if you have used less than 10% of that purchase's credits. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed or wrong results

Credits are never charged for failed generations or photos flagged by Design Lock. If a delivered photo is not right, use “Report” and we will review it and refund the credits if appropriate.
